CRSTL released its Compliance Positioning System™ workflow platform in 2003. Its modular design allows easy integration of CPS™ with content modules and third party applications. The company’s first content modules, including legislative compliance management (LCM) solutions for NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies subject to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX), were launched in October 2003. Products for the Canadian marketplace, specifically targeted at TSX issuers and companies subject to the Protection of Personal Information and Electronics Documents Act (PIPEDA), were launched shortly thereafter. In the spring of 2004, we introduced our s. 326 USA PATRIOT Act anti-money laundering module. Finally, our LCM module for federally regulated insurance companies in Canada became available June 1, 2005, with its provincial legislation counterpart to be introduced in November of this year. We continue to develop new modules that meet the needs of our growing customer base.
